“My brand is primarily lifestyle and wellness-focused and pretty much a reflection of my own life,” Elizabeth told The Post. “I’ll share whatever I’m interested in at the time and I want my viewers to feel like they’re hanging out with a friend when they’re watching my videos, just like a FaceTime call.”

Aside from YouTube, Elizabeth hosts the “I Love You So Much” podcast where she has interviewed guests including MLB Legend Darryl Strawberry, It Cosmetics Founder Jamie Kern Lima and Gwenyth Paltrow’s Health Advisor Dr. Will Cole.

“I love how it threw me off with its twist,” she said. “’The Silent Patient‘ was one of those books I couldn’t put down.”
