Barry White born Barry Eugene Carter was an American singer and songwriter who lived from September 12, 1944, to July 4, 2003.
His greatest success as a solo vocalist and with The Love Unlimited Orchestra occurred in the 70s when he won two Grammy Awards. He developed several timeless funk, and disco tunes such as his two biggest hits: Can’t Get Enough of Your Love, Babe and You’re the First, the Last, My Everything.
